YouOn Consulting Lda (hereinafter "YouOn" or "YouOn Group" or "us" or "we" or "our").
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Agreement") is to cover our
rules and policies governing the use of our platforms and services.

By accessing or
using our platforms and services, you confirm that you understand and agree to these
Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you should refrain from using our
services. Compliance with our Privacy Policy is mandatory and should be read alongside
this Agreement.
Modifications and Updates
YouOn Group reserves the right to
change, revise, or replace any section of these Terms at its discretion. When
modifications occur, users will be notified, and continued use of the platform will
indicate acceptance of the new conditions. Updates take effect when you explicitly
accept the revised Terms, when you continue using the platform after being informed of
the changes, or thirty (30) days after the new Terms are published.
Conditions of Use
By accepting these conditions,
you and any authorised users will have the right to access and utilise YouOn Group's
services as per the subscribed and paid plan. YouOn Group reserves the right to update,
modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion, with advance notice
through our platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection
and compatible devices to access our services.
YouOn Group may
introduce changes to its platforms, including adding, modifying, or removing
functionalities. If a third-party service discontinues or alters its terms of
availability, YouOn Group may remove related features without any obligation to provide
refunds, credits, or compensation.
User Responsibilities
By using YouOn Group's services,
you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the content you upload, publish, or
display via our platforms. YouOn Group does not control, verify, or moderate such
content. Your account credentials must be kept confidential, and any suspicious activity
must be reported immediately. The service must be used in compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations.
Users are
strictly prohibited from: selling, renting, or transferring their account to third
parties; uploading malicious software or harmful links; using automated tools to copy or
extract platform content; engaging in illegal activities or violating intellectual
property rights; creating derivative works from any part of the service; or engaging in
fraudulent behaviour. Any violation may result in the suspension or termination of
access.
Content and Liability
While using YouOn Group's
services, you may encounter third-party content that could be inaccurate, offensive, or
inappropriate. YouOn Group does not monitor or regulate such content and is not liable
for its accuracy. YouOn Group may process customer content in an anonymised and
aggregated format for service improvement purposes. All content remains the sole
responsibility of the user who publishes it.
Rights and Termination
YouOn Group reserves the right,
at any time, with or without prior notice, to discontinue any feature or service at its
sole discretion. Users are not entitled to compensation or refund in such cases. These
Terms take effect the moment you accept them, register, or access the service, and
remain in effect until the subscription expires or is cancelled. Violation of these
Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Liability and Security
YouOn Group may use customer
content to support and improve its platforms, with all such content remaining anonymous.
In the event of hacking or any malicious action by a third party that results in damage
or data loss, YouOn Group is not liable under any circumstances. YouOn Group is not
responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from security breaches.
Copyright
All content available on YouOn
Group's platforms and services — including images, graphics, button icons, text, logos,
and software — is the property of YouOn Consulting Lda or its suppliers and is protected
by Portuguese and international copyright laws.
Legal Validity
If any provision of this
agreement is found to be illegal or invalid in a specific jurisdiction, this will not
affect the legality and validity of the remaining terms and conditions. These Terms are
governed by the laws of Portugal.
